safety Guide

What we do to keep ourselves Safe
- The screening of our Customers
- All Customers are requested to supply us with their physical address.
- We also require upfront payment to ensure our Customers are legitimate.
- After the first Lesson we contact our Customers and Students to ensure that everyone was happy with the lesson in terms of safety and comfortability.
- If a Student felt unsafe or uncomfortable we endeavour to change the location immediately, failing which we stop future lessons with the Student and refund the Customer.
What you can do to keep safe
- We endeavour to make sure that Lessons take place at a location which the Student is most comfortable with. Make sure you request the location which you and the Student are most comfortable with.
- Be aware of the risks
- It’s important for Students to be aware of the possible risks associated with private tutoring. While we make every effort to mitigate any risks, it’s important to be vigilant and take active steps to protect yourself. Always inform your next of kin of your whereabouts and your expected time of return.
- Take action
- We also strongly recommend that if a Student feel uncomfortable about any aspect of your tutoring Lesson that you contact us immediately and/or take any additional steps you deem necessary, which might include contacting the authorities, such as the South African Police Service (SAPS), or a next of kin.
